Navistar settles with SEC over probe into company’s 2010 emissions strategy; former CEO hit with charges
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced April 1 that Navistar International Corporation has agreed to pay $7.5 million to settle the criminal investigation into whether the company intentionally mislead investors about its progress in meeting 2010 emissions standards.
