SAF-Holland makes offer to acquire Haldex
SAF-Holland Wednesday announced a public cash offer to acquire Haldex for 3.2 billion Swedish Krona ($325 million). The offer price, which SAF-Holland states is "best and final" and will not be increased, was unanimously recommended by the Haldex board.
