Walmart driver pleads not guilty to charges from high-profile weekend crash
Walmart driver Kevin Roper has pleaded not guilty to the vehicular homicide and assault by auto charges filed against him in the June 7 crash that killed comedian James McNair and critically injured actor Tracy Morgan. Walmart also has released a statement about the crash.

The Senateâs version of the annual appropriations bill for the DOT contains language that would prevent FMCSA from dragging its feet in producing a final electronic logging device mandate rule. It also requires the agency to produce a Safety Fitness Determination rule by December.
